Was about to make the same comments as the other guys but I fear your ego may explode so I'm not going to mention how good your delts and arms seem to be looking.

Rows looked fine for me on the whole there

Looking damn good mate

When is the next cycle due? Have your sorted where your going to inject? I have decided on the stomach as apparently you can't really fcuk up there and its better for trt .I did look at thigh but there's quite a bit of things to hit in there and knowing me I would hit a nerve my leg would kick out and my slipper would end up in the fish tank

Very strong workout bud especially for pct. Those pull-ups continue to improve. Next quest, muscle-ups!

Cheers mate. PCT doesn't usually knock me too much, but doing the osta for a week into it I feel did help a little bit.

It will be in June. Just need to tidy this PCT up and then have a clean break. Still haven't decided thigh or buttock but might just do thigh to try it. I don't have much of a meaty arse anyhow lol. Also thinking during the 10-12 week cycle I will do the 3 weeks Sdrol and have 5 weeks dbol towards the end, so a wee break for the liver there in the middle.

Internet at my place is down and out for the count... so here is a late update.

Still haven’t caught up with sleep from nights -feeling trashed this morning. Eye still burning but have these drops now so hopefully sleep will be better. Therapy with the boy first thing before school. After dropping him off it was time to chug some red bull and smile.

Push w/ legs: Fri 15/02/19 0955-1105hrs

DB Bench:
20kg x5, 30kg x5, 40kg x3,
50kg x6, x6, x5 (+2)

CGBP:
60kg x5, 80kg x3,
100kg x6, x4, x5 (0)

Tricep Dips: (upright)
BW x9, x7, x6 (+3)

SLRs:
16kg x11, x10 (+1)

Pec Dec: (L6 S3)
60kg x10, x10 ()

Hip Thrusters:
65kg x20, x20, x18 (+4)

Alt Lying Single Leg Curls:
10kg x5,
15kg x7, x7, x7 (+3)

DB bench starting that rep climb with +2. CGBP started well adding +1 first set only to lose it the second. I think my grip here is a bit wider than the work gym. Aiming for just inside shoulder width. A longer rest allowed me to get 5 reps breaking even in the end. Happy not to push it right now seeing as DB bench went up and I’m still in PCT. Waking up now need to pull my finger out. Dips were a happier story adding +3 solid reps. SLRs squeezing out a cheeky +1. Pec dec served as a nice way to end chest, maybe 1-2 more reps there. Onto legs. Hip thrusters were painful but in a good way. Probably the only posterior chain movement I can do that doesn’t set off the sciatica. Gleaned an extra +4 reps. Leg curls still weak, but reps growing.

Time: 1:10 hrs.

Me and the wife went to the shops yesterday. I did notice lots of people looking at me -girls in particular- which was nice little ego boost. Wife even commented on it. Then I did point out to her they were probably thinking “OMG WTF is wrong with that guys eye?!?” Lol.

Cheers!

Feeling a little soft today. Can’t quite put my finger on it. Combination of tiredness, too much food yesterday, and complete lack of drive. Also first work day back.

Pull: Sun 17/02/19 1030-1130hrs

Pullups:
-50kg/12P x5, -25kg/7P x5,
BW +2.5kg x10, x7, x5, x5, x5 = 32 (0)

Chins:
BW x7, x5, x5, x4, x4 = 25 (+1)

BB Incline Lying U/H Narrow Row: (L5/L3)
60kg x5, 85kg x3
102.5kg x6, 90kg x8, x8 (+210kg vol)

BB Incline Lying O/H Wide Row: (L5/L3)
82.5kg x7, x7, x6 (+2)

BB Incline Lying U/H Narrow Row: (L5/L3)
102.5kg 6, x5, x5

Concentration Curls:
20kg x10, x8 (-0)

Counterbalanced the assisted machine to match the assist from the other gym. Should have done this a long time ago. Didn’t seem to help but, with pullups being a struggle from set two losing one rep. Managed to claw it back final set but very hard work. I was aware of a muscle in my neck threatening to pull any second, so form was super strict and slow. No new reps today but no injury either lol. The chins sucked big time losing a rep each set. Had to add a set at the end to just cover the loss.

Lying rows were utter sh1t so dropped the weight by 12.5kg. Rowing much better and a few extra reps saw an increase in volume. During OH rows (which were also much better) I suddenly realised why my rows sucked so much. I forgot to do narrow underhand -instead adopting a medium OH grip. Went back and did a few UH heavies. As a result massive volume jump here lol. Felt good though. Finished with a few sets of curls to exhaustion.

Time: 1:00hrs

Much too long today but for obvious reasons. Fortunately no one noticed me sneak back in to work from my extra long lunch break lol.

Not the greatest sesh but not the worst either. Suspect I might be a touch heavier which would explain the pullups/chins. Weigh day tomorrow and will keep you posted.

Cheers!

Dude is that 19 working sets for back!
And you are running that twice a week or 3 times a fortnight?!!!

Seems a little on the high side but if you are recovering and progressing (or keeping things the same in pct) then why not I suppose.

Lol no not usually. After I realised I'd done the rows a disservice by dropping 12kg needlessly, I couldn't resist going back and smashing them out at the proper weight. A little bit of autopilot there. Will be back to normal next time.

Especially after feeling that the chins/pullups weren't great. I just had to make those lats PAY.

Lats had decent DOMS today after yesterday’s back blitz. Not wanting a repeat of yesterday’s lackluster mentality I chugged a can of mother, which certainly had me buzzing by the time I collected DBs.

Push: Mon 18/02/19 1125-1220hrs

DB Bench:
20kg x5, 30kg x5,
40kg x10, x10, x10 (+2)

CGBP:
60kg x5, 80kg x3,
100kg x6, x4, x3, x2 (+1)

Tricep Dips: (upright)
BW x10, x8, x7 (+3)

SLRs:
16kg x12, x10 (+1)

Pec Dec: (L2)
#12 x10, x10 (+#1 second set)

DBs performing nicely squeezing +2 reps out on final set. CGBP after comparing vids I am definitely using a closer grip at work, which is confounding my rep progression. Have measured it now using belt chain. Pushing hard on this - lats cramping on first set lol. Second set breaking no new ground, and lost a rep third set. Considered leaving it there and hope that consistent grip across the weekly sessions would see an increase, but couldn’t stomach it so banged out two more to failure. Noticed my left elbow was very loud and clicky. Not sore but worth noting. Quick energy drink wee and I cracked on with dips. Hit one extra each set! SLRs and pec dec both saw a little progression. Happy with today.

Time: 55 mins.

Weigh in this morning. Had me at 101.2kg (-1kg) with a 102cm (0) waist from 10 days ago. Not particularly worried about weight loss on the PCT. As the halo and osta leaves my system I am bound to lose a little water. The waist staying the same also suggests I’ve not lost any body weight. Keep cals the same and see what happens next week. Chart for the entire cut is below (line is start of PCT).

Cheers!

Still holding good strength bud.
Sounds like calories are bang on with waist not changing. I was going to say even add a few calories but the water would have come off regardless unless you force fed the carbs.

Is this the maintenance period before the next cut phase?

Cheers mate yeah so far so good. Almost 2 weeks in and holding steady.

If I can find my maintenance level I will sit there (or just under once PCT is done and dusted) for three months until June, in which time I move from grey jedi to dark lord. Then cals get bumped up for a controlled bulk. I will have to have a think about numbers. I want to use all the power the sauce gives me but not so much food I become 110kg of fluffy man love again.

Because you have an awesome graph showing both the correlation between ks’s lost and waist measurement, you will be able to control your bulk so much easier.. get that blue line to go up while the red stays constant and youve hit the magic formula!

TBH I do occasionally spot one giving me the eye, but it was real weird the other day. Made me quite self conscious about the bad eye lol. I'll have to try and remember what shirt I was wearing and do it again without the bad eye. Y'know... for science like.

Magic formula? You were always one of those kids that chased rainbows looking for pots of gold weren't you!

I am proud of my graph though. Nice slow reduction. No strength lost. Just missed my sub 100 target but I'll get there. Certainly happier in my own skin now though even with just 10kg off.

Today's session starts with a little tale of woe just for all you loyal readers!

I tend to suffer with sweat rash under my nut sack (bear with me.) I have a cream that sorts it but I ran out the other day and hadn't had time to get some more. Now, I had a horrible night shift sweating away, and I confess I went to the bathroom on a few occasions for a good scratch. Nothing like a satisfying ball grating to get you through your shift.

On the way home I stopped by the chemist and asked for the usual product I get. They told me they didn't have that one in stock but they had a stronger one with the same name. So I bought it.

I got home and got ready for bed. The last thing I did was go to the bathroom and slap a big dollop of this cream under the ball sack. I'd been scratching all night and it was red raw by now. Couldn't wait for some cool relief to help me sleep like a baby. What happened next I can only describe as having an acetylene torch taken to your nether regions. I was literally on fire. With something approaching panic I read the directions, which said a mild burning sensation can occur, and to wash the area with water to remove. So I did. In the sink. All this achieved was to spread the fire from the basement to the shop front. I went and had a cold, cold shower, which helped, but the sensation still felt like hell in the summertime.

Reading the packet closer I realised that this cream shared the same name as my other product, but it was a freaking BRAND name. This cream was in fact a topical analgesic cream, and it's active ingredient is capsaicin. That's right! Fvcking hot chilli! It then specifies NEVER to apply to wounds or damaged skin. Like grated ball sack for example. Well fvcking thanks for that! I went to bed wondering if my balls would char whilst I slept, in which I eventually did.

Upon waking several hours later I was relieved to note that the burning was gone. I went to the bathroom trying to wake up and wipe the sleep from my eyes.

Yep, that's right. I touched my eyes with my chilli stained fingers. Fvcking wonderful.

Legs: Tues 19/02/19 2320-0010hrs

Alt Single Leg Extension: (B6/L10/L3)
14kg x10, 18kg x5, 23kg x5,
29kg x10, x10, x10 (+6kg)

Alt Single Seated Leg Curls: (L4)
23kg x10, 29kg x10,
36kg x9, x9, x10 (+4)

Hip Thrusters:
65kg x20, x20, x20 (+2)

Standing Single Leg Calf Raises:
BW x15, x14, x12 (+3)

Kettlebell Squats:
24kg x20, x20 ()

Leg ext saw a little extra weight. Left knee felt a little funny on the descent but not painful. Will keep an eye on it. Leg curls super effective, feeling the burn from set one. Added +4 reps. Hip thrusters really smashed hard to make that full final set. Calf raises also pushing. Threw in some kettlebell squats just for mobility and to tie it up nicely.

Time: 50 mins

Cheers!
