Brilliant Chin strenght Excercise!

Guys can u remember when You wre in school Pe and they used to have those 2 1/2 - 3" thick Ropes haning Down? Well I was Training up a Local School the Other day and me and my mate decided to do some circuits and chucked in Climbing them! Although i used to Shoot up em when i was about 14 (And afew Klo's Lighter) I struggled alot to Maake one Complete Climb (and i can Chin 10Reps Easy enough), The Stress on ur Grip is fabtastic and you can feel it not only in your Lats but right down the middle of your Back 2. So if any of get a chance to Use one give it a Go, It's one of my favs now! I think the Grip enthusiasts would like this alot. Anyway just an idea for!
Cheers Guys!

rope climb is excellent, are you using your feet? It makes it even harder if you try to hold your legs out parallel with the floor, then your abs and quads get a workout too. Going up is ok but coming down is hard!

Yeah I did use my Feet abit, Could'nt beleive how Hard it was on my Grip! Bl00dy Brilliant Excercise! I think People who can chin well and have Good Chinning Strength may be shocked at how hard this is, Imagine doing em Weighted with a pack on your Back (Could be Dangerous tho , Alway put crash matts at Bottom Etc...)

uhm its like the school ones? I think i find it easier to grip thick things because I'm more used to them. Like chinning grip is easier on a 3 inch bar (gym bar) than a thin one like a smith
