British Bulldogs Cycle Progress

My next cycle starts tomorrow. As you know, after doing 2 back-to-back cycles and not using post cycle therapy, I have gone through a major crash & lost a lot of strength + muscle. I have learnt my lesson and will complete cycles from now on; I PROMISE.

TOTAL CALORIES = 5500 kcal/day

Training

Tuesday: Back

Thursday: Shoulders + Triceps
Friday: Legs + Forearms

Every body part is trained with high intensity & in the 4-8 rep range.

Current Stats & Lifts

Age: 25 (changes once a year)
Height: 6,3 (not changed for last 7 years)
Weight: 14,5
Body Fat: 10-12%

Cycle History: Been juicing for 3 years, with several periods of no training. Still to try Fina & HGH
Bench Press: 110kg x 2
Shoulder Press: 80kg x 4
Squat: 130kg x 2
Deadlift: 180kg x 4
Bicep Curl: 60kg x 3
French Press: 50kg x 6

History & Ambitions

After a long layoff I have done 2 previous cycles, which has help me recover 80% of the gains lost. In my last cycle (anavar at 70mg/day for 4 weeks) I gained 6 lbs and got really strong, but lost a lot of it in the past 3 weeks due to poor HPTA recovery. I did not use any Post-Cycle treatment, which is why I have concentrated so much on ending this cycle properly.

This cycle I am hoping to exceed my previous strength peak.

    Structure of Updates

I realize that a lot of people may be considering a similiar cycle, which is why I have created this post, which includes details of all factors that need to be considered for a good cycle, and I will be updating every Monday, for the next 16 weeks of the cycle.

The updates will includes details of:

    1) Weight changes
    2) Strength gains
    3) Side effect (if any)

To make the thread easier to browse, I will separate the updates by using green writing.

Excellent post mate, a very well planned cycle, you'll definitely gain nicely and keep it this time. Just a little nit picking from my behalf though you may want to run your test 1 week longer than your equipoise so that they both clear the system at around the same time because enanthate has a shorter half life than equipoise and hence will clear the system quicker, but as I said that's just nit picking. Good luck mate and will look forward to future updates.

    MONDAY, END OF WEEK 1

Hi guys, week 1 is finished and my weight is up by 2lbs. It did go up by 4 lbs about mid-week, but tamoxifen has now reduced it somewhat. What I have now seems to be lean body mass. My eating has been poor again, mainly due to work (started some temporary work at a call centre). Since Ive got some money coming in, Im contemplating substituting a couple of meals with weight gainers. Hopefully this will make getting the target calories easier.

I cant update on strength gains yet; I will find out in the next few days.

looks like a great plan bro.. is the accutane really nescesary? its really heavy on the liver, and with dbol and winny, both 17aa's, i wouldnt want any more stress on my liver! Instead, have u tried vit C, pantothenic acid and vit E with anti bacterial wash and plenty fruit and veg, along with some tanning sessions? this works for most people I know for acne! unless u get it really bad...

and also, just curious as to why the dbol at the end of the cycle bro? if your aiming for optimum recovery, I wouldnt want anything that could slow down my natural test production!

Are you very prone to water/gyno? as 20mg Nolvadex is a bit much considering the doses of AAS you are taking arent extremely high.. would Arimidex be a better option for you?

I know u know what your doing im just curious thats all!

10mg per day of Accutane is a very low dosage. I have taken two 6-month courses of Accutane at 100mg/day under the supervision of my dermatologist. My liver and kidney functions were carefully monitored and did not change throughout treatment.

Dianabol taken at a dosage of 10mg in the morning only can help sustain muscle mass while in the recovery phase, with little or no adverse effect on recovery. Read the following articles for additional evidence:

Once again, I am only using nolvadex at 10mg per day (20mg EOD), this is a very low dosage and enough to prevent too much water retention. No, I am not ptone to gyno, but its better to be safe than sorry.

Both Arimidex and Nolvadex are anti-e so why not go for the cheaper option.
