It's equipped this weekend, but you have to pre-qualify to take part. Unequipped three-lift is later this year (September, I think) and unequipped bench is 28/29th July.

Not tested, mate, but I think you have to prequalify. Boar will know. Suggest you pm him.

your do fine at both 110 and 125 weight class. however as golden oldie said above for the bwla bench press i believe all the qualifiers have been done. i am not sure with BPC though.

Cheers If you are available fro drug testing and plan to lift with BWLA then you'll have to qualify first in a local comp and you should easily make the qualifying total but there are a couple of good raw benchers in the 110s now and my new drinking buddy, Pinda Singh is good for 200+ on a good day. I also think that "Mr Kobra" on this site may be thinking about going up to the 110s and he's another who can bench around 200 raw. I'm not disputing the weights you lift either mate but it's much more difficult in a comp. For example, my best raw lift in the gym is just under 230kgs yet in a comp it's 210.

145kg is the qualifying weight in the 110's. as rob says you have to practise the pause. But given a bit of practise and time your soon be doing over 200kg and be pretty close with pinda who go just over a 200kg raw bench. well he did last year comp. I see next month how much he may improved.

Not sure if this will get in the way of my strongman training, But I am down to 112kg, so could hit the 110 easy, Yeah I have to practise the pause, Pretty sure 180 would be ok with a pause? You saw my 170 x 2 rob didnt you? Was pretty easy? Will have a think about it, cheers,
