Oh it’s about, although I think it’s a piss take. It's something like he runs 10 miles a day with a log on his back, comes back and eats a big steak, takes an ice cold bath.

From what I remember there was no mention of a weights routine and in fact I think it says something about him not doing weights. You and I know that’s not the truth and if he was to run 10 miles a day, log or no log he would be as skinny as a rake!

I think if you Google it you will find it, but be prepared to be disappointed.

Yeah, I know about the one you are on about (stuff with sticks, and jumping) but that ain't his workout, not sure what the point of publicising that particular one was.

I belive he was a proper wrestler or a football player for universiy of michigan so most likely followed a weights routine used by players there.

lesnar didnt play football, he was an all college wrestler.

He has put his wrestling career with the WWE on hold now and has a NFL trial with the minesota vikings.

TBH dont know why u'd want his routine anyway, he's not at all that 'big' compared to others, i think flex ran an issue with 'his' back routine in it though, still on sale i think

I read the flex article. I would be very supprised if Brock is 290 in those pics.

Most wrestlers stats are exagerated. Not denying he looks good though, but no way 290.

Brock Lesnar was an NCAA Heavyweight Champion when he wrestled for the University of Minnesota.
