Broken Finger/Now what?

Hello mates just broke my finger at work and looking at atleast 4 weeks recovery time, if not more will know more tomorrow after I meet with the orthopedic doctor.

Let's assume the recovery is only 4 weeks, should I go balls to the walls with my leg workout/-swquats of course (working my legs twice a week or more) , and stick to machines until my finger is recovered?

Or just say the hell with it, and wait until I'm better then return to the gym?

i definitely dont think this is a good idea, you will just pick up more injuries!

what does your doctor say you can do in the gym?

BTW, is there a reason why you are posting in the steroid forum?

Doctor said, no gym, but that pertains to using my hand, not my lower body workout....

Mal, I thought it was understood that either I'm on a cylcle or about to take one :-)

how could i understand that? i'm not a mindreader! i obvoisuly don't think its a great idea for you to begin a cycle with an injury that will stop you training, assume you are midway through. long to go?

meh, its just a finger. I would train anyway lol. Happened before. :)
Maybe not a good idea but nothing keeps me from the gym but back or shoulder injuries

CoVetous, Just what I was thinking :-)

Mal: I will clarify next time....I was going to start a cycle until the injury occured, won't start it until I recover, but plan on working legs out regardless, low key though nothing to big...

Dont workout more and hurt yourself longer.

Take shots every 2 weeks until you are healed imo
