What you prefer instead, normal basmati?

Not if you cook it right.
Add 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water, cover the pan and simmer until the water has all been absorbed. Perfect, non-sticky rice every time.

And brown basmati has a nice nutty taste. Definitely worth a try.

Leave the brown basmati soaking in water half an hour prior to applying heat. You should notice its softer and each grain is more defined, as opposed to sloshy.
