Build big time to strip away the fat!
Right everyone I decided that posting a Journal of my training and diet and everything will help me stay on track and get this weight off quicker. I have been training for three years now and ive built a solid foundation as ive training but ie had a few phases were my diet has been really bad here ive put on a fair bit of weight, approx 3 stone of pure fat i reckon so here I am getting rid of it all!
Decided a 5 day slpit on my training,
Monday - Chest, Calves
Tuesday - Back,
Wed - Abs
Thur - Legs
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Arms
Sun - Abs
Doing cardio before breakfast every week day for half and hour or so.
As for my diet,
Breakfast 8 am - 2 scoops of whey with water or milk for carbs
Meal 2 11am - Tin of tuna
Lunch 1pm - 200g of cooked chicken
Meal 4 4pm - Cooked beef
Pre w/o - Nos
Post w/o - 2 scoops of whey with water
Dinner 8pm - 2x chicken breast with sauce
Before bed - Caesin whey or cottage cheese
Will post stats every thursday....
Would appreciate everyones comments.
Can anyone recomend a good ECA supplement?
And a good gym in southampton.
