Building muscles suplimentation

Hi guys

have been working out now for about a year now and have decided to get SERIOUS. in the last month have completely overhauled my diet and workout plan with the help from you guys at MT. I believe now i am on the correct road to having a balance diet with most of my nutrients coming from my diet but still take additional whey supplementation to give me a P40% C50% F10% ratio, aiming for 2800 daily caloric intake.

Height - 5'8''
Weight - 12s 13lb (22.5%)

I am currently cutting to get my body% down but once i have achieve this will be moving on to building lean muscles mass. My question is what other supplements should i take and when to achieve the second

Current supplements include whey protein sometimes creatine.

Yes i am currently doing 4 sessions of cardio per week at a low intensity as PART of my cutting plan but my question was more related to when i halt my 6 week cutting plan next week and go back to building mass, what if any, supplements are beneficial to take to promote lean muscles growth and when is best to take them.

ie I hear allot of people taking things like glutamine, Ornithine, Arginine creatine formula x. i was just wondering if there were some that do promote growth and when is best to take them

I dont think you will find any supplements that make a great deal of difference to ur muscle growth. Diet is far more important but i supose Whey protein could be considered a supplement so is good for post workout.
