Hi guys im after some advice ...
At the moment im 6foot and weigh 13.7 stone ( ill post some pictrues up when i get a chance) ive been hitting the gym ut recently up until late (ive not been for atleast a month and wont be going for atleast six weeks due to an operation) and have seen a gain in weights - curling 25lbs up to 35lbs - not loads but an incease none the less.
After speaking to my friend he says ive not got the build to be "built" by built my defenition beingan adition 3 inchest (12" as they are) onto my arms for example probably not the best way to put it but big..
Once i get the all clear from the Doc with my ear i was planning on hitting the gym again casually for 2 months to try and up the weight and then joining a "proper gym" (proper weights not the leisure centre im at) and doing the weights all serious and "poper" - defined workout defined meals suplments the lot..
I was thinking of paying somebody to do my diet/nutrition and possibly my routine aswell.
Can anyone give me some advice as to if its possible to see gains in say three months (so when i start college again in september theres a noticable differance)?
Is this possible ?
i know its no overnight succes thing but i was thinking more so gym on a monday wed and friday night whilst at college and then when the si weeks holidays are upon us.
Monday morning 8/9am then monday eveneing 7/8pm
wednesday morning 8/9 then wednesday evening 7/8pm
Friday morning 8/9pm then wednesday evening 7/8pm
I know its not going to be an easy feat but surely if i put the time effort and dedication in ill see some results ?
