I have to agree that is a very nice looking post work out shake, especially as I like vitargo and isolate is the main protein source. I've seen too many with blends as the protein source in "all in ones" and its starting to piss me off a little.
I cant say a PWO shake will give you better recovery time than eating whole foods, it depends on alot of other factors. It's just a quick and convenient way of getting some fuel into your system after you have worked out.
My suggestion for consideration, (slightly bias as I use this) a scoop of peptopro and a scoop of waxy maize starch. If you buy some bulk powders yourself it will work out cheaper in the long run and you can pick what you want to use and how much.
