Bulk diet

After starting my old bulk diet i weighed myself to find that i had lost weight so i have reworked it slightly, tell me what you think.
 
Breakfast (8 am)
Porridge (made with 200ml of semi skimmed milk)
Protein Shake
Banana
Snack (10.30 am) - Pre Workout
Protein shake
50g oats

Workout -(11am)

Post Workout - (1.30pm)
Protein shake
60g Dextrose
 
Lunch (2 pm)
150g Cucumber
150g of canned tuna
75g of Brown Rice

Snack (4.30 pm)
25g peanut butter
2 slices of wholemeal toast
125g Cottage Cheese

Dinner (6.30 pm)
225g of Mixed frozen veg
1 Chicken breast
10ml extra virgin olive oil
100g of Chargrilled veg sauce
Jacket Potato

Snack (8.30 pm)
125g Cottage cheese
Banana

Snack (10.30pm)
Porridge (made with 200ml of semi skimmed milk)

Totals - Cals: 3082
Protein: 222.9g
Carbs: 314.2g
Fat: 81.7g

    I think you need to give it longer than a fortnight before deciding it is no good.

    Not gaining?  Eat more, thats really all there is too it.  Increase portions sizes or add a shake in somewhere.

    yeh well i lost weight over last week while on it so thought i would bump up the carbs just wanted to check the carb intake was from the correct foods
