Bulk diet plan going wrong!

at the moment my bulk diet is not going well at all at the moment, i just seem to be gaining to much fat and i need to sort it before it goes out of control. my current diet plan is below.

09.00
30g porridge
1 banana
1 whey shake
glass of orange juice

11.30
Chicken sandwich
i apple
handfull of nuts

14.00
either tuna sandwich or jacket
1 banana
1 low fat yogurt

15.00 weight train

16.00
1 whey shake with glucose

17.00
Steak
new potatoes
veg

20.00
tin of mackeral
2 rice cakes

22.30
cottage cheese on 2 slices of toast or rice cakes

Diet is just over 3000 calories. What should i take out of this diet to slow the fat gains down or should i do more cardio? or replace the carb calories to protein would that help? ive always had this problem of gaining fat rather easy, i dont want to give up on this bulk as i want to gain some more muscle but the way things are going im thinking of goin back on a cut again and this is the last thing i want to do

To be hinest as you bulking it doesn't look excessive but if you are gaining too much fat then it is time to adjust, i would suggest at first drop the 2 slices of toast in your final meal and up the cardio, monitor that and adjust if needed

made some changes to your diet. see how it goes if your still gaining too much fat up cardio, if not gaining enough add more carbs. eat, monitor, adjust

can u post some weights/amounts for your diet such as new potatoes etc just so we can see how much u are eating of everything. and yes if u add enough cardio in and work out the right balance in your diet u can look at losing a bit of the fat you have gained.

    what are your stats aswell
and have you worked out what your maintance calories are and do you know how many you are eating on this diet?

As above, would be helpful to see portion sizes.

    How much glucose post workout?

Remove the carbs from 8pm meal and 10.30pm meal.

How much cardio are you currently doing?

As suggested if youre only doing 1 cardio session per week, would definately up that to 3/4 sessions if possible.

id have to work out the portion size for new potatos to be honest, but normally i have a cup of rice or jacket  potato for 5pm meal. the rest of the diet i worked out the carbs to round about 300 - 350. My stats at the moment are
    5ft 11
    12 stone 11

Gained the 11pound in about 5 weeks so was thinking of goin on a mini cut and starting again. Currently only doing cardio randomly really so think am going to need to sort that out. Wgat sort of meals would you have at 8pm and 10.30pm to bump up the calories without carbs?

Why would you want to bump up the calories? You said you're gaining too much fat. What was the point in this whole thread if you're not going to reduce calories?
