6:15am - Oats, W-bread & Pbutter, Shake
9:00am - Probar30, Fruit
12:00pm - Tuna, Potato, Yoghurt, Nuts,
14:30pm - Shake
16:45pm - W-grain Rice, Chicken, Veg,
18:00pm - Gym
19:30pm - Shake
21:15pm - C-nation Tuna/sweetcorn and sultanas, Fruit & Yoghurt
11:00pm - Protein (Casein before bed)
12:00 - Sleep
Aim: A slow steady bulk, with increased muscle mass.
Recently cut and dropped to under 10% BF, had a two week break away on holiday and made the most of it, ate and drank as i pleased and suprisingly added 20lbs.
