Bulk/cut

read both articles on here concerning bulking/cutting. However I'm a little confused. If someone is wishing to increase muscle mass and size then a bulk diet is required, they will then change the diet and go into a cutting phase thus appearing more defined, leaner etc?

so is a bulking diet always nessaary to get bigger?

cheers

yes, yes yes and more yes'

unless of course you have 10 years to dedicate to adding a couple of lbs a year, or you are a genetic freak or you think a bulki is going from 9 stone flabby to 10 stone ripped

all of the above are IMO........

    well you know the answer

    cheers for the reply steve.

going off topic here a little but

if you recal you developed a tailored diet for me (graham) a while bk

going well now, was hard at first mind

i mean eating 3 crap meals a day if that then moving on to a quality diet was hard

I dont know what it is but having an appreciation for food aswell as training has really helped

couldnt be happier, well unless i looked like arnie in the 70s

the only thing that is complex is the notion you cant get out your head

    which is

you think you will get big and cut in one go

you are in the same place as X amount of months back still believeing 2 rabbits will be caught if you chase them both

until you rid yourself of this i will keep looking out for similar posts as they are quite frequent

move forwards, not sideways or back
