Bulking Calories - Weekly or Daily Average?

My maintenance calories are 2,600kcal. I would like to eat at a 400kcal surplus (each day, on average).

3,000 kcal x 7 is 21,000 kcal.

Instead of eating 3000kcal per day would I get the same results eating 2,600kcal per day and two days a week eating 2600kcal and two days a week eating 4000kcal?

This is just a dietary preference where I would like to just have two days where I can indulge in some big meaty treats with little guilt (still fitting macros more or less).

    Yes.

I use the exact same principle, on my three lifting days by pushing the majority of my carbs on these days (with some the night before).
