Bulking Diet

Hi all,

I have been searching the web for some time and have come across this forum, i find it very usefull for information on all kinds of subjects with regards to working out and found every one to be very helpful in their approach.

So i was wondering if any one would give me some pointers or assist me in doing a bulking diet.

Im a rugby player and now it is off season i was looking at bulking in time for the beginning of the next season. I eat 6 to 7 meals a day but they are not structured in any way (no set amount of protein or carbs). I weigh 14st 7 lbs and am 6'2''. I more or less like every kind of food except for any kind of cheese (cannot stomach it). I also have protein and creatine supplements that i am looking to integrate into my diet. I train 4 times a week also.

I hope some of you can help. Many thanks for your time in reading this i do appreciate it.
