hmmm....Doesn't seem to work for me, nor does typing it directly into my browser. Not sure of the rules - is it possible to copy/paste it in here and credit original author?

    Cheers

Gina - Lots of older trainers have success with training as long as they dont have any medical conditions preventing them from progressing.

What is the quality of those gains mate? ? ?

Are they lean, or is it at the other end of the scale? ? ?

How much are you gaining each week/2 weeks/month, how much are you looking to add each week/2 weeks/month? ? ?

tbh i havent gained weight for 2 months, i seem to be stuck on 14stone7,but i see a difference with muscle size and it has been noticed by people around me,very little fat has either gone off or stayed,so im getting a little confused,im not gainning weight but what muscle i have seems to be looking better/growing its just extreemly slow.

If you havent gained in 2 months then it is time to up the calories.

Up them by ~200-250 calories each week until you are gaining again.

i would agree with you TT,i will post up my diet i have been using since my last one a few months ago and see if it can be improved,as i said im neither loosing nor gainning, seriously not using my age as an excuse i work hard at trying to make this work i may have to accept that i may be able to change my shape but not gain anymore size because i have reached my potential in that area,i do hope that isnt the case yet though.
