Where is the veg? Where are the good fats? Where are the rotated protein sources?

I also believe red meat is important for adding mass

If this represents more than what you're eating now then I would go with it and if you're not increasing weight slowly add more carbs, proteins and fats.  Any reason for the instant noodles and crumpets, are their better sources of carbs?

Not sure what's in your shake, but it could be there you add fats quite easy like flaxseed, peanut butter etc if it fits in with your requirements.

I wouldn't be worried about the protein sources or lack of red meat but it needs way more veg, fat sources and the carbs choices could prob be better.

You need to add some more quality fats , some examples of this would be almond butter, avocados, organic coconut oil, salmon, walnuts and chia seeds.

You also need to add more veg (spinach, beetroot and kale are some good examples) and fruit (mangos, bananas and strawberries)

Some different good low GI carb sources (sweet potato, pasta, rolled oats ) and please ditch the instant noodles!

These changes would help balance your diet out.

Blows my mind when people eat the same thing everyday.

My diet can be far worse but that is pretty sh*te mate given you're talking about planning to eat like that rathnutrient dent just 'happening' as it does to most people who eat in a less than ideal manner.

Edit, I'm so rude when I'm p*ssed these days. Sorry for being so abrupt!

As above, I'd look at adding in some good fats and fibre. Noodles and crumpets are fine on occasion but it seems a shame to make them daily staples when there are more nutrient dense options available.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

I love green veg, so eat it as much as possible.

In terms of my comment regarding rotating protein sources, purely for the boredom factor. I couldn't eat the same meals every day like that, it would send me over the edge. I love eating, so mixing up my meats is a real treat.

It is all trial and error mate, and it all comes down to understanding what YOUR body responds best too.

350g of protein is a lot, but again, you can trial it and see how it goes result wise. You could start with a lower protein intake though, and ramp the carbs up, and then monitor progress.
