Bulking, need help with a diet plan.
Let me start off by saying, Hello from across the pond. This is my first post, but I've been a viewer on the boards for a few months. Here's my story and plans.
I'm 18 yrs old, and I am a college rugby player here in the states. In preparation for rugby this upcoming September, I want to start bulking, but this is going to be a long term bulk, most likely going for upwards of 6 months, or longer.
I've been lifting hard for 3 months, but my diet has been pretty horrendous. I'm really planning on going all out with this now.
If one of the more experienced members could give me some ideas for a good diet plan, and a realistic goal of weight gains, it would be greatly appreciated. It would also help you guys to know that I have a somewhat fast metabolism, so it has been hard for me to make any real gains as of yet. Any help you guys could give me would be great.
