Bulking sandwich

Not a huge thing, stupidly simple but just takes the metal taste out of tuna.

Mayo
Tuna
Cheese
small bit of spring onion
small bit of onion

Cut the cheese into thick slice then cut them in half as if they were small fat french fries, mix all that together and just put it on brown bread.

If you pile it on real thick like I do the majority of it is Protein and fat!

    heres another one for you...

    Pastrami
    Cheese
    Tomato
    Lettuce
    Mayo

    and Ciabatta bread... (more calorific than other breads i bleev cos its made with olive oil too)


    THere you go... a standard sized sandwich 7x15cm (?) will provide approx 800 calories (obviously dependand on the amount of ingredients you use, i like lots of filling.. and i dont overdoit on the mayo)

    dry-cured meat basically that is really seasoned after the fat is trimmed off, rubbed with salt and other things...
