Bulking, struggling the keep HR down
Im bulking currently and well atm im not doing any cardio which i know is wrong lol.
So i was looking into doing like 4 ish miles in the morning low intensity, but the problem is when i run i struggle to keep my hr down, its not that im unfit, its just when i was cutting i ran loads and at a high intensity, and i liked it, and to go from fast to slow, its difficult does anyone have any ideas?
I was thinking of just doing it on my bike, it may not be as good for me, but it'll still be around 200 calories.

your heart rate is high because you are unfit, when you get fitter, your heart rate won't go as high so quickly.
