Bulking up, its been a while.

Hi guys, great forum you have here with loads of information but im looking for a little advice. Used to use creatine about 7 years ago which worked pretty well but stopped training about 4 years ago. At the time a had a little weight on me so didnt bother with protein but now I have less fat so would it be worth using protein also?
Just wondering if its best to get on the creatine again or what about HMB? Or both? Or anything better? Will be training 4-5 days a week.

    Welcome to MT James :)
First port of call I would create a post in the diet forum and help for further assistance with that.
That will cover the majority of your bases for you TBH.
If you do decide to supplement with creatine - stick with creatine mono.
    All the best

    Solid diet first, good training.
Creatine in that context is a proven supplement unless you are one of the unlucky 10% who dont respond!
