Bulking with tennis 2 times a week?

Bulking at the moment, diet and routine have been given the ok by MT members, and going well so far.

My routine is monday, wednesday and friday.

I've started playing tennis again for an hour or 2 (usually 2) on my rest days (tuesdays and thursdays).

Is this ok on a bulk?

Also, I usually go in the morning, could I take advantage of this by going unfuelled to lose a bit of body fat, or will that totally not work? If so, what should I do with my diet on the tennis days?

    Yes Tennis is fine whilst on a bulk just adjust your calorie intake to suite.

    As for going unfuelled this is normally aimed at very early morning i.e 06:30 - 7:00ish otherwise your not going to be supplying fuel to your body as you won't have eaten since the previous night.

    Why would you want to lose weight if you are bulking?

    I'm not playing to lose wieght, but thought, if I've got some exercise in there and its on a rest day, maybe I could lower bf a little..

    Now that you mention in though, it is the first thing i learned on here... either bulk or lose weight, not both, so silly question!

    How about this then...

    What do I do about my diet on those days, do I need a little more to eat?

    TBH i wouldn't think playing tennis for a couple of hours a week would have any effect on bulking whether you carb up beforehand or not, though thinking about it i better ask TT if i should carb up next time i go play 18 holes!
