Bump/Possible Gyno Please help!

Hi Guys,

Okay this is my 1st cycle with test. (Tried a couple PHs in the past).

I am 26 5'9 180lbs (ish) and 12-15% bf.
I am almost 4 weeks into my cycle now.

My cycle is 500mg Test Enanthate per week (2 x 250 jabs) weeks 1-12
60mg Tbol per day weeks 1-6
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD through the cycle upto PCT.

PCT will be nolva, Clomid.

I am planning on starting HCG this week at 2 x 250IU a week also.

SO, all of a sudden I have a sore to touch lump appear above my right nipple. It isn't in the usual place you hear of when it comes to gyno, it is actually not under the dark skin area and is above and slightly to the right which seems odd. It also didn't have any itchy or tenderness prior it just very suddenly came up and was sore. Obviously I am assuming Gyno but it seems odd. The bump is quite small, swollen and sore.
The skin is also slightly red above the bump, as I said, it is not directly under the nipple or under the darker skin even.

Could this be something else or definitely gyno even in this odd location?
What steps shall I take now?
Shall I stop the cycle?
Will HCG make this worse?

Thanks!

D

I've had gyno loads. Skin has never been red. You sure it's not just a spot as cystic acne but be exactly as you described.

Assuming it is gyno. Two options. 1 up your AI to get a handle on oestrogen or 2 add in Nolva at 40mg pd until the lump reduces then drop to 20mg pd for the rest of your cycle.

Thanks for your opinions there guys. I really hope you are right.

It was also very sore. Thinking about it the kind of pain you get from one of the deep under the skin spots that take ages to go. I have no idea what I am judging this on but I didn't think gyno would be that sore, but more just sensitive? Does this make sense?

I'll keep you updated guys but it is still in a similar way today. Any opinions welcome!

When you get gyno you know exactly what it is. I don't think it's something you mistake for anything else.
It is sensitive, it can be sore, smarting sort of pain if you knock it and it's an acute case. IME it's mostly above or beside the nipple. A lot of people, including myself bug about it when first starting out. But it is easy to deal with. I think at the right dose and the right med everyone is susceptible to it. Just some more than others.

Have you tried a hot press to see if you can bring the lump up, ( assuming it's a spot) failing that get some spot cream and use that to try and bring it up or leave it to run it's course. It it's a hair as Weeninja suggests your body will deal with it over time anyway.

Talking about gyno, sorry to jump on your thread but the last few days I spooked myself as my nipples always seem to be hard and more pointy than normal, and when I press each one there appears to be a lump, but now I have convinced myself that this just my nipple that I feel when I push it in and I am just being paranoid. It's amazing how my first injectable cycle plays tricks on your mind. In saying that if any one has any further advice then please shout out, I'm going to stop taking the nova tomorrow but continue with my ai, Many thanks

Everyone goes through it Andy. Puffy, hard or sensitive nipples are not necessarily a sign of gyno.
You sound like you've got things under control with you AI etc so just relax mate and enjoy the ride.
