Re:Burn 1000 calories by cardio alone?
If you want better (easier) results, get a low cal diet sorted, spend a little more time with weights, do some HIIT and spend a lot more time resting. If you spend that much time every day doing SSC ur gonna feel crap, you'll probably end up burning too many calories and lose muscle mass in tern and not to mention putting you're self at risk of joint problems. Long distance runners may put themselves through this kind of training but unless thats what you want to be its totally unecassary. this is just my opinion tho pal
