Burn 1000 calories by cardio alone?

Would burning 1000 calories be physically possible for 105kg 182cm 17 year old - cause the summer term is nearing and ill have the time of the world in a gym - would it be beneficial if i just do SS cardio for like 2-3hours daily - in with weight lifting??

What sort of sscv would you be doing? Personally i think 2-3 hours daily is excessive especially if you are on a low calorie diet, it will most likely lead onto overtraining.

probably just simple biking and going on the crosstrainer - so i'll be interchanging exercise throughout....as for diet - i haven't got a low calorie diet - but not excessively high though either - and btw if i do follow a similar length routine to this - will my metabolism be boosted just as much as HIIT??

If you want better (easier) results, get a low cal diet sorted, spend a little more time with weights, do some HIIT and spend a lot more time resting. If you spend that much time every day doing SSC ur gonna feel crap, you'll probably end up burning too many calories and lose muscle mass in tern and not to mention putting you're self at risk of joint problems. Long distance runners may put themselves through this kind of training but unless thats what you want to be its totally unecassary. this is just my opinion tho pal
