Burning Body Fat Fast! Please Help Me To Do This!!!!!
Hi people
This is my first post as I'm a new member & I'm hoping you guys can help me out!?!
As the title suggests, I want to loose body fat fast.
Ok, a bit of background. I'm 5'8 weigh 11.4 stone & I'm an athletic build.
I'm currently doing the P90X workout plan & I'm into my 7th week of it. I started off at 10.1 stone & within the month, I've put on over a stone but turned that into lean muscle.
The only suppliments I'm using is Protein Shake which contains Creatine also. I've invested in some York Fat Burning tablets to try & aid the speed of loosing fat.
I'm careful what I eat & I'm on a Protein based diet. Occasionally I do stray off the diet & have the odd 'bad food' but it's very occasional!! I'm trying to stay away from Bread & only having the odd few Carbs.
I have breakfast which is Porridge along with a Protein Shake, mid morning snack is a Yogurt, Protein bar & Banana
I work out 7 days a week, BUT, I only use weights 3 times a week. The rest of the days are a mixture of Yoga, Kenpo, Plyometrics. Lots of CV to help.
I've kinda hit a plateau now in that, I've gained size & muscle definition is showing but it's kinda slowed down & I want it to continue. My BMI is currently at 17.7% but I want this down to 8 or 9% for the growing muscles to really show through.
This is where I hope you guys can help me.
Is there anything else I can be doing/introducing suppliements etc??
What I'm striving for is a lean/defined/ripped look. That of Brad Pitt in Fight Club or the American Total Fitness nutritional guy, Max Wettstein.
The P90X is helping loads but I really want to aid the results or give them a boost.
Thanks guys & sorry for the long first message, I just wanted to give you guys enough background info of me etc so you can give me a more detailed/helpful response.
I think I've covered everything but if there is anything else you need to know then please feel free to ask.
The bottom line is, I want to strip my body fat so I'm running on lean/defined muscle.
Many thanks, look forward to hearing from you all.
