Busting belly fat!

hi all,

just after some advice, i dont consider myself fat, but i have little belly fat i want to shift for the summer. i got to the gytm 3-4 times a week but i struggle to motivate myslef to do lots of cardio and not feel i get quick enough results.

im considering getting some ephedrine, anyone got any expierience of using it or reccomend any other products to aid with calory burning? i dont want to take anything if that will make me lose muscle mass.

    the key is solid deit mate, try and get more motivated with your cardio and do it 1st thing in the morning as youl burn more fat for fuel. as to your eph question id say your better off trying and sorting out your diet before using anything to aid the fat loss.

    I second Welsh's comments here bud.

    It doesn't really matter what you use you won't get the results you want without solid diet and cardio.

    Shifting fat and dieting and cardio isn't easy mate it's hard work and all boils down to how bad you want to shift it.

    Gte focused and get cracking.

    I third that.

    We have no idea what your diet is like. If it's not spot on, no point in chemical assistance.
    Also unfuelled a.m. cardio is the tool to use here.
