CAFFINE ADVICE____TOO MUCH?

Hey guys,

Ive been taking PHD Lean Degree 4 Caps Daily and Juggernaut before training (Inifnete Labs) Workout intensifier and recently started to have a couple of wierd episodes feeling faint hot etc like quite panicky- could the high levels of caffine in these supps be the cause its around 600-700mg a day + any coffees i drink?

(im also taking pharma whey and phd iso7)

    I take around 400mg's pre-workout. 500-600mg is about the most i'd take on any day.

    Can cause diarrhoea at high doses though.

    Bashy - everyone has diff tolerances with stims, you gotta find yours. Drink more water the caffeine may be dehydrating you mate.

    I can take over a gram and go to bed some days, others it gives me a nice buzz, keep tracking and adjust. Becarefull not to overdose on caff. ;)

    You'd do very well to manage to OD on caffeine, but ou build up a tolerance to it, so ease off for a few weeks every so often to maximise the effect of it.

    Sounds a tad excessive for a recreational trainer TBF.
