Tbh mate - you should already know all this if your taking or going to take gear.
You should post in the nutrition section.
I have found that, for me, it's trial and error. YOu cant really say eat x number of clas per day if you weigh x, as it depends on a lot of factors, activity level, genetics etc.
I think its more important to to eat say 6-8 small meals per day, each one consisting of carbs, fats, veg and protein.
Monitor your food intake and if your getting too fat, cut down on portion sizes but not amounts of meals, look to eat every 2-4 hrs.
