What are you doing to get calluses?

Whatever it is prevention is better than cure like wearing gloves

I got them years ago from mountain biking. I wear gloves when lifting and they have shrunk down but not gone. Try barrier cream for hands..that might help..

Calluses are brilliant, brilliant things, I don't understand why anyone would want to get rid of them. Once you've really developed them they're nice and neat and not manky at all, and don't appear to be some sort of growths, its just hard skin at the bottom of your fingers. Thats what you should be striving for!

I get them all the time, but i also climb once a week, that tends to make make them softer, so i just peel them off.

I'm sure if you ask a dozen women, they'll all say they prefer smooth hands caressing their body as opposed to rough ones.

The only calluses I have are from playing guitar

I don't have any on the palms of my hands or anything, I wear lifting gloves to stop it.
