CARDIO Vs Weights
Any advice, or comments are much appreciated.
I have been doing cardio 5 x per wk. normally split around 20-25min on the cross trainer and 10-15min on the cycle bike. SOmetimes I do the cross trainer first then my weights followed then by the cycle bike to warm down.
Total calories burned during cardio 450
I do weights 3 nights per week, I am using pinks, I was debating using EPH also. I want to retain my muscle and if posible, build on it. But ideally I am trying to pull back on my fat content. even though I look very bulky now finally, I have a lot of fat to lose.
Is the cardio enough?
Does any know an average amount calories burned during a 45 min weights session, medium to high intensity.
With my weights, I do push and pull days with legs on the 3rd day.
My diet is quite good:
7.30am - coco pops + protein shake (1 scoop, 200ml milk)
10.30am - 2 sandwichs (either, chicken, tuna or turkey + salad)+ SHAKE
13.30PM - 2 sandwichs + yogurt + shake
16.30pm - 2 sandwichs + shake
19.30pm - evening meal (varied, lean mince beef with pasta, chicken and rice or turkey with boiled potatoes and salad, mostley the salad option)
does this all look ok guys, should I be able lose some good fat with this.
