CEE, Just on workout days?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked many times before but i did look through the search for 5 pages but couldnt really see any info.

Just had some CEE tabs, previously had mono. Question is, should i be taking them every day or just on the days that i train.

    everyday will give you better results but its not strictly necessary

    i found it better evey day,but did take a little less on nonworkout days.

    I find if I have it before going to bed, I wake up feeling like crap and really dehydrated. Id tank up on fluids if your to have it at night

    Everyday for me, same dosage too. Working very well, still gaining strength well after AAS cycle finished.

    5ml (in 2 doses) everyday so far but might cut to 2.5ml on non work out days. Good idea anyone?

    However since switching to CEE I am very pleased with the results. Seem to be lifting harder and def look more pumped.
