CEE and Niagra falls!

Hi guys. Without meaning to be gross at all, when I take CEE (just started back on bulking after a holiday) I tend to... well cr*p like niagra falls!
Just wondering if this is normal and is this likely to be a problem? I mean, surely you need to retain the food and the CEE itself and if it's going straight through you, is it any good?

Just wondering.

(p.s. sorry, hope you weren't eating!)

Mak.

maybe you have some sort of reaction to it. I'd stop it for a while and see if your bowel sorts itself out.

this is common with creatine and it's because it is upsetting the osmolarity of your intestines. If it's a persistant problem I'd avoid it, although unproven I'm just cautious because long term osmolar interuptions could lead to bowel inflammation which is major problems. I know from personal experience

    LOL Adil,

So you thought you could improve your exam results by taking creatine and you ended up taking your exams having to deal with the sh1ts.

Theres a moral to this tale.

MAK has this stopped now? Just wondering as I am about to purchase about 5 kg's of this and dont wana be stuck with it if I feel I could be ill with it. However I have never felt like this from taking any other form of creatine.

    Thanks for the link

I wish they cited a reference though. They also dont include a mechanism as such which isnt very useful
