CEE ???

Hi there just got some CEE from my protein but forgot to get a measuring spoon . So does any one no how much 5g would be at a rough guess ie 1 tea spoon ???

    Around half a level teaspoon is around about 3g

    Alternatively, buy some cheapo scales, stick half a teaspoons worth on and see how much it weighs?

    Thanks that sounds like the best bet . Just one more thing hoe much per day i was thinking 3 servings per day at 3g-5g ???

    3g-5g would be close to the total amount that most people would recommend per day.

    If your finding no effects after about 2 weeks, bump it up a little (upto 6g per day imo)

    But for most, 3-5g is sufficient p/day

    Yer, I agree with the Greenranger!

    3 grams a day will work much better for someone who weighs 8 stone than someone who weighs 18 stone. Just start off with 3-5 grams and if you aren't getting any effects after a few week then bump it up by a gram or 2!
