i experimented with the cee and found that taking it only on training days suffices because it is completely absorbed very quickly and requires no loading.

you only load for the 1st five days and then once a day ,so best thing to know is how long will cee keep in the body?

I am taking mine daily then I dont have to remember to take it/not take it. Plus taking on off days allows for the fact that timing doesnt have to be so spot on

I take mine before and after training on training days, first thing only on non training days. Im on Xplode, 2.5g CEE per serving tho, not straight CEE.
