CHANGES ???

Hey guys think this is the best place to post this thread, so here goes.

This is just a post to get a view on peoples opinions and experiances, on the changes that can be made to the body in a short space of time. Lets say we take an average male off the street (yes i know average is very minimal info) , so lets list some basic stats below for "average" -

height - 5'9 - 5'11
Age - 23 - 30
weight - 12 stone 5 lbs
bodyfat - 25%

Now lets give this person 10 - 14 weeks (short space of time) to try and make changes to there body through training correctly, eating correctly ect.

Now this person has a choice to loose bf and become more defined, or eat loads and try and put on a few pound of muscle and generally bulk up a bit.

The person would be non - assisted throughout besides protein supps ect.

Now i know that genetics play a huge roll in every individual, but =

What changes to the body would you guys expect to see in both scenarios??

How effective would 12 weeks training in either situation be??

What would your choice of action be, considering the 2 choices??

What would you see greater effects from bulk or cut?????

Cheers guys.

You would see better changes through cutting IMO.Leaner usually makes you look more muscular. If he bulked he would just look fatter IMO.

yea 25% bf is pretty fat.  no point in trying to bulk

would look to keep a clean diet and train like hell.  12 weeks you would see noticible improvments on body and strength if they've nver trained before and did as you told them.

prob put on a half of muslce and loose 5% bf so stay around the same weight

thats if they did everything right. the improvements are huge when u first start out

    Cut definetely.

BTW, asking what you could expect is a bit like asking, "what time do you normally **** because I want to be ready when I need to go"

    Sooooo many variables.

Cheers guys, as stated i know "expect" can be so varied in differant individuals, but the point of it was to see peoples expectations on training and diet, just to see different individuals outlooks.

I know i said 25% b/f im just generalising (pfrobably shouldnt lol) on an average non trainer. So lets say 18 - 20 % if you like just an average guy.
