drop the flys.......could also be cuz of ur diet..r u getting enough protein, rest, carbs, fats, lets have a look at the rest of ur routine as well......and try to go heavier and maybe even 5x5.....how long have u been training.....u need to have patience..unfortunately

concentrate as much as poss even if it means dropping the weights down in weight to get that feel just right.

Seems like overtraining to me. Try droppin one of the exercises(one that u dont like much) and go 5x5 on the rest. That should help shock ur system and start building again.
Also, increase ur calorie intake.. cuz ur diet may also be affecting growth

also look at your dad and grandparents, do they have big chests? might be a genetic thing to have small chest. my family all have small chests and my chest won't grow for ****.

true but you can see the basic layout of your muscles with your family members, if they workout or not. your just going to be a bigger more defined form of your genetics if you work out.

    TBAG29:

The reason your chest won't grow is because it can't - it's being horribly overtrained! Choose two compound chest exercises like BB Bench Press and Dips. Do 4 sets of 6 reps for each exercise once a week. Do nothing more. I guarantee you that in 3 months you'll notice a difference.
