There are studies that show benefits, plenty that show no benefit or no discernable benefit.
Remeber there are studies that show whey protein postworkout has no benefit on hypertrophy.... But we all drink whey.
It's jsut a case of we appraoch these things scientifically really, what you beleive based on your reasearch and what you choose to believe.
Looks liek you do some research before you buy things, a lot of people don't....
