Pro-Peptide and Instant Whey, whilst both protein products, have different applications.

    why do people

    instist on writing

    sentences

    with massive

    gaps

    in them?

Sorry mate but its beginning to bug me!

I've tried both and found like for like products are of the same quality.
So, i'd go Reflex as they are cheaper.

Pro Recover is great for PWO, but can be made easily with ingredients from bulk suppliers at a fraction of the cost.

cant really compare Peptide and Instant whey, two different products. Reflex Whey is good, highly recommended, good value for money, but still, you can get double the amount of whey for the same price of a bulk supplier.

I like both but usually go for Reflex with like-for-like products.

Reflex has great stuff and imo are the top UK brand. But CNP has ProPeptide which is pure quality which can be taken at just one scoop to last a month.

    Growth Matrix & ProPeptide.

pro recover is fine for some PWO - useless for others

    pro pep = good blend

instant whey = top standard commerically available whey

instant mass = one of the best commercial weight gainers
