CNP pro creatine E2 (cee)

what is the general opinion on the above product. ive only used mono before but thinking of giving this a try.

    It's a very high quality product, like all of CNP's stuff really. I never respond to plain Creatine Mono unless I spike it with loads of sugar / dext / carbs pwo...but CEE I do well off of.

    As far as CEE goes they are about the best. CNP are a top brand and it is a very good product imo.

    I have only used it once tbh as I use the CNP mono which is a lot cheaper and I prefer mono.

    Unless dieting I would go with the mono. Some people do hold water with mono but as I say I am bulking so thats ok. If your goal is to get ripped then go with CEE as you are less likely to hold water.

    Very good product indeed... but no better than other 'cheaper' CEE caps I have tried ... Take a look at ALRI Cr2 for example
