I would go with the #1. Most people will be able to close a #1 with in a few days-weeks. For 90% of people the #T would be a waste of money. But if you are very young or only sit in front of your computer all day get the trainer.

yes, go for #1 sly, i'm pretty sure you have stronger than average grip from all your training and will close #1 very soon, if not immediately.

Where can you get these from online in the UK? I tried looking on google but they're either U.S. stores or don't have online shopping.

    Thanks :)

    EDIT: Found them here: http://www.langhampark.com/pullum/listings/70.html
but they are charging a lot more than U.S.

    Sly:

I wouldn't recommend buying either. There are better and cheaper methods of building your crushing grip. I love IronMind's products, but I think the CoC are one of the biggest gimmicks in the strength training world. Unbelieveable marketing!

I know you are on a tight budget, but even if you weren't, I think a better investment would be to buy the book "Mastery of Hand Strength" by John Brookfield. Brookfield as much as says that are better and cheaper options for building a strong crushing grip than the CoCs like plier lifting and wire cutting. I agree completely.

His book covers all aspects of building grip, hand, and forearm strength and how to build grip training devices very cheaply or for nothing just using items from around the house.

yes, Ironmind have a great branding/marketing thing going on, but boy are they addictive or what!

Good advice J5, i think a trip to B&Q is in order...
