Getting ready for a Feb28 AAU meet. I'm already in week
5 of a 12 week program, I will recap previous weeks and start
from today. Probably only post weights once weekly as not to bore.
My techniques involve lighter weights the first few weeks, building up to previous best, then trying to exceed previous best. Weights entered are last set only (heaviest)
I do 5 working sets on compounds and of course other accessory work also. Here goes -
Bench -200x5, Squat 265x5, Deadlift 315x5
Bench -210x5, Squat 285x5, Deadlift 335x5
Bench -220x5, Squat 305x5, Deadlift 355x5
Bench -230x5, Squat 325x5, Deadlift 375x5
Bench -200x5, Squat Skipped due to pulled muscle :( , Deadlift 405x10
...was supposed to be 400x5, but I was feeling pretty confident and wanted to push it a little. Will end week 5 tonight with 240x5 on bench I hope.

1340 Total if goals are met. Squat is the only lift I NOT too confident with. We will see soon.
