just read that when using this u hold a few lbs of water, so when cutting i take it you wouldnt use it ?

    Still has a place when cutting. It will benefit your workout, and play a part in lessening the impact of any muscle loss/fatigue from a calorie deficit.

    It's intracellular water isn't it.... won't make any visual difference when cutting to the layperson

    When your ready to step on stage or beach just drop the creatine and the water normally takes about 5 days for me

    I've heard about it blunting 'cuts' but never understood why. It should, as far as I know, be muscle cells affected and not in the fat or skin cells. And the amount of water should still be minimal.
