Alright chaps gonna start this log as a bit of motivation to get myself into shape.
This exact day last year i was 7 weeks into a keto diet, weighed 186lbs (my lightest for 10 years) and could actually see the fat falling off me. A week later got a new job away from home and went straight off the keto diet back to eating junk.
The weight over the last 12 months has pilied on, now i am at my heaviest ever and my fattest ever.
in the las 12 months i have put on 31lbs of fat
goals are to cut all this fat.
firstly im hoping to drop to 200lb over the next 6 weeks. after that i will see how things are going.
not trained for 12 months, i mean nothing at all. diet has been awful i have eaten some kind of takeaway junk food everyday for the last 12 months.

was doing this last time and it was working well for me.
cardio will be done in some form everyday i dont lift wights. will start out slow to get my fittness up and then hopfully move onto some hiit.
Diet will be low carb, keto or ckd. im really not sure yet. i know i dont really get on well with carbs
