CUT AND SHRED..... please

Iv been working out well now for about 3 years but started off working out and doing weights as a bit of a fat mess.... I can see the body that I want under the jelly, but I just cant seem to shift it....  Im very active and pretty fit, I can out do most of the people I train with, on the road, in the gym and in the ring but still I cant shift the love handles.. I have a healthy diet (but I do eat chocolate alot) I have a job as a chef that dose not help me too... Anyway Im looking for tips and hints or just encouragement... This is my first post on this forum, it seems pretty good.

    Hi there welcome to MT.

    It would be useful to state your stats at the moment, i.e. age / height / weight / body fat if known and also what sort of goals you have in mind.

    What training do you do at the moment?

    What is a typical daily diet for you?

    And how much choc do you eat exactly?!!

    good to see another chef on board!

    It makes things alot harder doesnt it.....
