CUTTING diet! help please:

CUTTING diet! help please:

Stats:
5'11
13 stone 4 pounds (morning)
bodyfat unknown (a bit chubby round the sides and can just see my top abs)

i need to cut without losing muscle but i know this is suppost to be impossible. but will try anyway.

workouts at 9.30am everyday.
mon; chest/tri
tues; cardio/abs
wed; back/bis
thurs; cardio/abs
fri; shoulders
sat; legs/abs
sun; rest

now the diet:
7.45am protein shake
8.30am 50grams of oats.........1 wholemeal slice of bread.............1500mgs of omega 3...........1000mg calcium
9.00am 3g crearine
9.30am workout
11.00am protein with dextrose followed by 3g creatine
1.00pm jacket potato or 2 slices of oatmeal bread.............. with 100g of chicken/beef/tuna or other high protein meat like a tin of sardines..............apple/banana
3.00pm 150g of quark with banana in a smoothie
6.00pm jacket potato or rice/pasta with salad and 150g of chicken or other meat
9.00pm 150g quark with milk and sweetener (smoothie)
11.00pm sometimes another low carb shake (dont know whether to bother?)

anyone know what i can take off or add to cut, wanna av a six pac by summer, aswell as definition everywhere.

    have you just come off of a bulk?

    dont worry about losing a little muscle it does come back fairly easily

    um well the story is:
    may 2007 went abroad drinking nearly everyday gym 3 times a week
    sept 2007 came back
    nov 2007 broke tibia
    feb 2008 started back at gym wouldne say bulking ate more calories than usual but not enough to bulk.
    been going gym everyday. doing the same routine but wasnt eating too well
    march 2008 gained muscle
    april 2008 still gained size and lost abit of fat
    now: want to cut

    whats with all of the ab work?

    How long and what type is your cardio?

    whats in the protein shake?

    how tall are you and do you have a pic to show your current levels of BF?

    whats with all of the ab work? ......i guess it is too much but i only work hard on abs for 2 sessions of those.

    How long and what type is your cardio? 10 min bike (6min mid level then 4 min 20sec 100% 10 sec slow)
    10 min row (first 15 sec 100% then 45sec mid level)
    10 min run (100m sprint then jog, do this over and over until 10mins then warm down)

    whats in the protein shake? its my protein shake (non flavour whey concentrate)

    how tall are you and do you have a pic to show your current levels of BF? 5ft 11 not as of yet will have to borrow my bros cam, will get 1 on here soon
