Well I have read Frankies thred .... but I still want to lose a few pounds around the waist.
Now more cardio? well i'M AT THE GYM 5 DAYS a week 3days weights 2 cardio, so do I do longer cardio sessions?(currently 40mins)
Less weights or what?
Obviously the right diet I realise but someone said 1hr cardio 5 days, but I always thought that cardio and weight days dont go!?

Increase cardio to at least 3 times a week and decrease your cals mate..... you don't have to do cadio down the gym tho.

I rarely do cardio in the gym when iam cutting its much easier for me to get up get out of bed and get outside and get the job done on an empty stomach.

If you are cutting calories, be sure to cut them from your carb intake and not from your protein. Also swap out some simple carbs with complex carbs. This helps out with fat storage.
