CV to lose BF after injury, advice re diet/methods please...
I'm after advice primarily on CV training and my diet with the main aim being to lose bodyfat. If I may i'll fill you in on where I am right now...
I have recently injured my tendon on my right hand (thumb) resulting in having an operation to repair it. Basically weight lifting is out of the question for at least another 8-10 weeks.
I am going on holiday in 20 weeks (would like to have put on some mucle mass by then) so I have decided to do cardio and trim down over the next 10 weeks before hitting the weights for last 10 weeks.
I've not lifted weights sine december due to a shoulder injury which I have been having physio on so i'm not too bothered about losing muscle, I don't know if there's much more to lose to be honest. I would just like to trim the bodyfat down for when I start my weight training again.
What type of CV would you reccomend and also what diet would you advise, i.e. when to eat, what to eat prior to CV workout, what not to eat beofre bed etc. I have never had to concentrate solely on CV/fatloss before so any advice would be appreciated.
20.5% body fat
