CYBERGENICS TRAINING MANUAL

Hi Guys
This is my first posting after watching the boards for the past few weeks. Does anyone have a copy of the CYBERGENICS training routine that came with their products years ago?

Firstly, Welcome to MT bro, hope you enjoy! Righty ho, I had a friend, he's on here actually under the handle of Jman who had that training pack. What a pile of toss! We took the p*ss for months after that one... Unless you want it for a laugh / nostalgia's sake, do yourself a favour and check out some of the more popular routines posted on here instead, good luck bro.

I bought the Six weeks beginner course 10 years ago!! "I know, I'm getting old!! [V]" For £48, and what a complete load of c**p. Imagine the gear I could have bought then with the money!! So I would say that its a fair bet that their trainning manual will be a load of c**p too!!

What was that course in the end? I remember seeing it advertised a long while ago. Would have been close to 15 years ago now I guess!

I was the one gazdai is talking about. Biggest waste of money, except for the natural favour protein gazdai brought.
The routine included was absolute cr@p. Take gazdai's advice and check out the routines here.

I did a cybergenics course about 10 years ago.
I put almost 2" on my biceps, 5" on chest and lost about 3" from my waist. Most of the gains were in the first 6 weeks ofthe 8 week course.
These were not newbie gains - I had been training for a couple of years.
Subsequent courses had little effect on muscle but I lost fat.

Cybergenics, LMFAO - now theres a blast from the past

A basic training routine and a bunch of amino's for a lot of money - yet many, many people bought into it. One of the first cases of a supplement company selling a product on marketing and hype.
